When the cat’s away, the mice will play.
Mice and cat are never friends, and they are natural enemy. Mice should be quite when cat appears. In our class, students always think teacher is a leader, just like a cat. We need to listen him carefully and can’t be naughty. Therefore, when the teacher leaves, students are like mice will be released and do some incorrect things.

CONTRAST ESSAY
My grandparents always told me some stories about their childhoods, and there are so many differences from mine. After so many years, almost all things developed and changed. When some people ask me whether you prefer living in China now instead of in the past 50 years or not, I totally agree with that living now is better. Because the development of China is so quick that humans can use science and technology to finish many kinds of work, to enhance the quality of life and to try anything new bravely. Now I will give some analyses about three differences which is in health, education and economy between the 50 years ago and now in China. The first difference between now and the past 50 years in China is in health. There are some differences in hospital medical degree. In the past, our country maintained a status that is the lack of hospitals and medicines, and population health stayed on the lower level for a long time; however, as the country developed, medical and health undertakings became more and more necessary, many kinds of medical institutions were built after several decades. Now China has many excellent doctors and well-equipped hospitals, particularly in the major cities. For instance, medical services in China are different between different cities, and the traditional Chinese medicine hospitals’ number has grown from the past to now. For example, in 1950, there were only 4 traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in China. In 1960, the Chinese medicine hospitals’ number had grown to 131, more than 330 traditional Chinese medicine hospitals until 1965. And now there are 988000 national medical and health institutions, including 28000 hospitals, 31000 professional public health organizations, and 3000 other institutions. What’s more, the beds of medical institutions in China has changed. At the beginning of the new nation, there were totally 119100 beds in hospitals, arrived the period in 1989, 21844 million beds in hospitals which was 18.24 times as before. In 2010, the number of beds reached 4.7868 million that is 40.19 times as 1950. Another different area is in people’s health. Life expectancy has been influenced between the past 50 years and now. For the Chinese 12th Five-Year Plan, increasing life expectancy was the main goal of the Chinese government in the first year. To research the major reasons of death for Chinese people between 1950 and 2010 and to prove the influences of life expectancy, various diseases, potential gains in life expectancy can not be ignored. ‘The results showed that parasitic diseases declined from 15.59 years in 1950, to 0.07 year in 2010, and have stayed low since 2000. However, the diseases increased from 8.70 years in 1950, to 13.36 years in 2010, and has indicated an increasing future trend.’ In recent years, chronic diseases are not a major factor influencing life expectancy. ‘Primary and secondary prevention actions, such as public education, modification of behaviors, and introduction of safety measures should be the emphasized efforts to promote life expectancy.’ And air pollution is a vital influence for people’s health. The chart shows that comparing 50 years ago and today, China has really bad air pollution causing the growth of the economy. Economic growth is quite fast but it causes the environmental problem, and it makes our environment be bad. Especially for these couple years, lots of factories and cars appear, these are all making our air being polluted. As fast as the grows, the Co2 grows fast too. So air pollution is a real serious problem in China. It will affect people’s lifespan, and also will cost more money and time to fix the environment. Secondly, Education is different between past and now. First difference is in degree of Education. Now reform and development of education is the necessary progress to make, and the population of higher level education has been increasing. For example, ‘in 1998, the Ministry of Education issued the Action Plan of Education Promotion for the 21st Century, launching the nation-wide higher education expansion. Two goals were set in the Action Plan, namely a national enrollment rate for higher education reaching 10 percent by 2000 and 15 percent by 2010. The peak of higher education expansion came in 1999. According to [12] Ministry of Education (1998-2007), the national college enrollment in 1998 was 1.08 million, which increased to 1.60 million by 1999 and 2.21 million by 2000. The overall enrollment of undergraduate students reached 5.66 million in 2007, five times greater than the figure for 1998.’ Moreover, in 2001, in total, there were 229 million students getting education which is 6.5 times higher than in 1950. From 1950 to 2000, the number of China's higher education growth speed was 85 times than before. What’s more, in 1950 there were only few colleges and universities, but now in China there are 2762 ordinary institutions of higher learning and adult higher schools, including 1129 colleges and undergraduate course colleges, and 755 graduated students’ units. And the second example is in employed population. In the past decades, higher education in China has gone through huge transformations. Marketization, privatization, and decentralization were mainly transformations features in education which can accelerate the market mechanisms and encourage to become real autonomous corporate bodies.([18] Mok, 2009; [21] Pan and Xiao, 2008). In 1993, the central committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council issued guidelines for China's educational reform and development, except for those focusing on teaching education in remote areas who can enjoy free tuition and monthly allowances ([36] Zeng, 2004). Most of the students needed to solve working problem by themselves. By 1997, all of students had no longer been arranged jobs by government. ([17] Mok, 2000; [31] Yang, 2007). What’s more, World bank Statistics showed that after 1986, China's labor participation rate kept continuous declination from 80% to 74.2% in 2010, but apparently higher than 63.6% which is in middle-income countries in 2010. At last, the past and now have differences in Economy. They are different in finance. GDP is a symbol that shows China’s development. Comparing today to 50 years ago, China has changed a lot. Even I can feel the differences between these few years. For example, the taxi started at 6 yuan/3 miles around 5 years ago, but right now 10 yuan/3 miles. Through this image, we can see the trend of Chinese GDP is growing really fast, especially from 2000 to 2015, in these 15 years, we can see the difference of China almost every year. And GNI is average income of each people in the country which is also necessary. Through this website, we can see the differences between 50 years ago and today. In the past, there are 70 yuan per month average wage and 7800 yuan per month average wage, but now Chinese GNI has grown 11 times. For example, through my parent’s wage, I can see the differences these few years. Around 5 years ago, my parents’ wage was around 50000 yuan/per month, but right now it’s 100000 yuan/per month. The Chinese economy growth rate is the fastest one in this world between these 50 years. What’s more, in revenue and import-export, there are some distinctions between past and now. For example, China's current tax structure was brought in after tax reform in 1994 and it included the most vital status because of its scale and meanings in China's modern history. ‘Putting tax system structure under the background of market economy, the China has established the basic framework of China's tax system to satisfy the requirements of market economy.’ As a result, China's current tax system needs to consider to reform the further requirement. Under this situation, issuing a renewed tax reform in a short time according to the transformed economic and social environments had already been planned into China's 11th Five-year Plan. ‘This document showed that the accomplishments of the current tax system and the outstanding issues required a further reform.’ Furthermore, in China, import-export trade developed very quickly in the past 50 years. For example, the table shows that China’s national electronics import and export corporation, since 1980 the company has developed corporation relationship to promote import and export, it is easy to find that CEIEC has arrived at the top levels of powerful companies. Our country has a rapid development in health, education and economy . Consequently, people can get a more comfortable life. In some aspects, people can get higher education, get higher income, get the better hospital medical facilities and so on. However, some disadvantages will be caused, such as air pollution which is a big problem for humans. So it is a considerable question to choose which aspect is more important for us. Therefore, I suggest that people should focus on protecting our world, at the same time keep continuous innovation. It will be a more effective key to develop our country. CONTRAST ESSAY

In the picture, a man was burning and was very painful. Left boy was hitting the man with a machete. And the right boy ran away quickly. In my opinion, the man has ruined the left boy’s home and has killed his families. Then the left boy felt very angry and wanted revenge. The left boy might have lost many friends and parents. And he could have stood the bad situation for a long time. So if the boy didn’t do these, he might suicide because of sadness. If the bad man didn’t hurt others, he would be safe.

After so many years, almost all of things developed and changed. When some people ask me whether you prefer living in China now instead of in the past 50 years or not, I totally agree with that. Because the development of China is so quickly that human can use science and technology to finish many kinds of work, to enhance the quality of life and to try anything new bravely. Now I will give some details about three differences which is in health, education and economy between the past 50 years and now in China. The first difference between now and the past 50 years in China is in Health. There are some differences in hospital medical degree. In the past, our country’s hospital medical kept the situation that is less hospital, lack of medicines and low level population health; however, as the country developed, it focuses on the emphasis on medical and health undertakings, has various medical institutions after several decades years. China has many excellent doctors and well-equipped hospitals, particularly in the major cities. For example, medical services in China vary significantly among cities, and the traditional Chinese medicine hospitals’ number has grown from past to now. For example, in 1950, there were only 4 traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in China. In 1960, the Chinese medicine hospitals’ number had grown to 131, more than 330 traditional Chinese medicine hospitals until 1965. What’s more, the beds of medical institutions in China has changed. At the beginning of the new nation, there were totally 119100 beds in hospitals, arrived to the reform and opened period in 1989, 2.1844 million beds in hospitals which was 18.24 times as that at the beginning of the founding. In 2010, beds number reached to 4.7868 million that is 40.19 times as 1950. Another different area is in people health. Life expectancy has influenced between the past 50 years and now. For the 12th Five-Year Plan, the goal of Chinese government is to increase life expectancy by one year. The aim of is to test the major causes of death on life expectancy of the Chinese people between 1950 and 2010. Potential gains in life expectancy were applied to response the impact on life expectancy caused by deaths from various diseases. The results show that parasitic diseases decreased from 15.59 years in 1950, to 0.07 year in 2010, and have remained low since 2000. However, the diseases increased from 8.70 years in 1950, to 13.36 years in 2010, and indicated an increasing future trend. In recent years, chronic diseases has emerged as major factors influencing life expectancy. Primary and secondary prevention actions, such as public education, modification of behaviors, and introduction of safety measures should be emphasized in efforts to promote life expectancy. And air pollution is a vital influence factor for people health. The chart shows that comparing 50 year ago and today, China has really bad air pollution causing the growth of the economy. Economy growth really fast but it causes the environment problem, and it makes our environment being much bad. Especially for these couple years, lots of factories and cars appear, these are all making our air being mad. As fast as the GDP grows, the Co2 grows fast too. So air pollution is a really serious problem in China. It will effect people’s lifespan, and also will cost more money and time to fix the environment. Secondly, Education is different between past and now. First difference is in degree of Education. Now Major progress has been made in reform and development of education, and the population of higher level education has been improving, China also expanded its higher education with a remarkably rapid pace. For example, in 1998, the Ministry of Education issued the Action Plan of Education Promotion for the 21st Century, launching the nation-wide higher education expansion. The overall enrollment of undergraduate students reached 5.66 million in 2007, five times greater than the figure for 1998. What’s more, in 2001, in totally, there are 229 million students got education which is 6.5 times higher than in 1950. From 1950 to 2000, the number of China's higher education growth was 85 times than before. What’s more, in 1950 there are only few colleges and universities, but now in China there are 2762 ordinary institutions of higher learning and adult higher schools, including 1129 colleges and undergraduate course colleges, and the number of cultivating graduate students unit are 755. And the second example is in employed population. In the past decades, higher education in China has gone through profound transformations. The changes in education are characterized as marketization, privatization, and decentralization through which market mechanisms are promoted and HEIs are encouraged to become real autonomous corporate bodies ([18] Mok, 2009; [21] Pan and Xiao, 2008). In 1993, the central committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the state council issued Guidelines for China's educational reform and development, and most of the students search for jobs by themselves except for those majored in teacher education and those from remote areas who enjoy free tuition and monthly allowances ([36] Zeng, 2004). By 1997, students were no longer assigned jobs by government, nor could university education secure a cadre position any longer for the graduates ([17] Mok, 2000; [31] Yang, 2007). What’s more, World bank statistics show that after 1986, China's labor participation rate continued to decline from 80% to 74.2% in 2010, but significantly higher than that of middle-income countries 63.6% in 2010. At last, the past and now have differences in Economy. They are differ in finance. GDP is a symbol that shows China’s development. Comparing today to 50 years ago, China has changed a lot. Even I can feel the differences between these few years. For example, the taxi started at 6 yuan/3 miles around 5 years ago, but right now 10 yuan/3 miles. Thought this image, we can see the trend of Chinese GDP is growing really fast, especially from 2000 to 2015, in these 15 years, we can see the different of China almost every year. And GNI is average income of each people in the country which is also necessary. Thought this website, we can see the differences between 50 years ago and today. In the past, there are 70 yuan per month average wage and 7800 yuan per month average wage, but now Chinese GNI have been grown 11 times. For example, thought my parent’s wage, I can see the differences these few years. Around 5 years ago, my parents wage is around 50000 yuan/per month, but right now it’s 100000 yuan/per month. Chinese economy growth rate is the fastest one in this world between these 50 years. What’s more, in revenue and import-export, there are some distinctions between past and now. On one hand, China's current tax structure was introduced by its 1994 tax reform which holds the most important position in China's modern history on account of its scale and implications. Putting tax system building under the background of market economy, the reform has established a basic framework of China's tax system meeting the requirements of market economy. In its 13 years' operation, China's current tax system has played a significant role in China's economic and social development. However, some contradictions between current tax system and economic and social environments have arisen. As a result, China's current tax system is facing with the requirement of further reform. Under such a background, launching a new round of tax reform in a timely manner, according to the transformed economic and social environments, has already been included into China's 11th Five-year Plan. This paper discusses the accomplishments of the current tax system and the outstanding issues requiring further reform. On the other hand, in China, import-export trade developed very quick in the past 50 years. For example, the table shows that China national electronics import and export corporation, since 1980 the company has developed corporation relationship to promote import and export, it is easy to find that CEIEC has arrived at the top levels of powerful enterprises. Our country has a rapid development that people can get a more comfortable life. In some aspects, people can get higher education, get higher income, get the better hospital medical facilities and so on. However, some disadvantages following behind. Such as air pollution which is a big problem for human to live. So which aspect is more important for us is a considerable question. Therefore, I suggest that people should focus on protecting our world, at the same time keep continuous innovation. It will be a more effective key to develop our country. 1http://www.docin.com/p-245870715.html 2http://wenku.baidu.com/link?url=hR0QkBs61QPIg07dXjVm7G2lAum577UCKV9HXbiXAqdJDllb_lBvYEglAWy65SfrUttgOZwbnOLZEmSPgx6-woRNNaAVAFDtJM0hKBZxANu 3Pengcheng L, Chengyue L, Mo H, et al. Trump and Clinton are different in social, including racism and taxes. The first difference is racism. Clinton advocates ''Criminal Justice System'' to cooperate with polices and respect African-American, forcing people to finish thing is not a good decision. However, Trump comments that law and order is the most important thing to follow. For protecting people, he needs to control the guns, avoiding holding by bad guys. The second difference is taxes. Trump argues to reduce the taxes of the rich. The rich can expand their company to provide more jobs, it is a good way to profit middle class. What's more, the people can get 2 thousand 5 hundred million from aboard to build US. However Clinton prevented it. Because she points out that cut taxes is a useless method due to the experience in the past. Instead, providing better education and investing in middle classes will be better. Response to QuotationThe man is a person who wants to be a star in the future; however, he always has a madness in his face and no smile, people won’t like him and follow him. During the party, he didn’t talk with others and be polite with others. A star need to make a good impression in people’s mood. Therefore, he won’t be a famous star.
In China, the famous areas are anywhere, I can’t remember all of them. However, there is a place always come to my mind which is Ice City Harbin in Heilongjiang where I can’t forget the experience of traveling there in winter. The beautiful snowy scene, the Manchurian tiger and featured outside sports skiing are all unforgettable.
Most of people choose to travel around Harbin because snow scene is a kind of grand sight. For instance, the first day I arrived there, it was exactly snowy. I could saw the whiten snowflake appearance clearly, which is really beautiful just like the introduction in textbook’s. As soon as it dropped in my hand, it melt. I couldn’t help catching snowflake, it is so attracted. Stepping on the snow just like stepping on the cotton, but the “gazhi gazhi” voices always followed me, running on the snow is a nice feeling. What’s more, ice lanterns are a amazing creation in Harbin. In the two sides of the street, there are so many kinds of ice lanterns to provide travelers visual feasts. The ice lanterns are made of ice, many people to design the shape of the ice lanterns, and they sculpture a huge of ice to different kinds of models. At last, putting various colorful lights in the middle of the ice lanterns. It finished. I can't believe that some people create these exquisite ice lanterns by themselves. Go skiing is a featured outside sports in Harbin which is very challenging. Putting on all of equipments such as skiing board, ski suit, gloves and others, we just got the top of mountain. That is my first time to go skiing, the coach told me keep the body down and the center of gravity is lower. In the beginning, I was a little scared, always had a fall and couldn’t control very well, after trying again and again, I got some skills to finish it well. Skiing has became one of my favorites. What's more, it is interesting to play outside games with snow. Making a snowman is the most interesting event. We put a lot of snow together first and pressed them to be snowman’s body, after that made another smaller snowball to be head. At last, the carrot, banana and buttons can be used, carrot is nose, banana is mouth and buttons are eyes. It is a handsome snowman. Manchurian tiger is the most symbolic animal in Harbin that can’t be ignored. In Manchurian tiger Park, we had a close touch with Manchurian tiger. We had to take a bus with iron fence outside to go sightseeing. When the bus stopped, the Manchurian tigers might come together to ask some foods, it is a little horrible but exciting. |
